Following on from our big race success at Poole on Saturday with
Daddy Knowsbest we are pleased to announce that we have just secure the
services of a fantastically bred young staying pup who will be arriving at
Westview this week.
A lot of leading trainers in the UK & Ireland have been trying
to secure her as with her breeding and winning times she has become 'hot property'
In her very 1st race she was badly bumped leaving traps and baulked
at the sprint boxes but once getting racing room showed huge back straight pace
and was simply just too good as she flew home to win by 4 1/2 lengths in 29.68
at Youghal, she was gone 6 -8 lengths clear by the pick up.
In her latest race win she was racing at Cork and once again she
gave a brilliant display, Drawn 5 this time, she made the 1st bend in front and
from here there was only going to be one winner. Her pace throughout was a joy
to behold as she blew her opponents away flying through out she won by 9 1/2
lengths in a flying time of 28.70 which was easily the fastest time of the
night.

Brilliant runs from this hugely exciting talent. What makes them
even more special is that she is recording these times over a distance which is
too short for her to show her true potential.
It is our belief that when she is stepped up in trip she will be
even better. Not alone does she have fantastic all round pace but she is
classically bred.
Sire 'College Causeway' who of course was one of the fastest
greyhounds ever seen, won the Irish Derby
and has bred the likes of 'Milldean Phanther' and 'Bubbly Phoenix' theYarmouth Derby winner.
This pups dam line is equally impressive - 'Minnies Budgie' - is by

records at Coventry - won the Silver collar & The Cesarewitch. 'Ferdia
Bound' - winner of the Barrys tea over 750 yards at Cork - won the 1010 yards
Ted Heagarty Marathon at Harolds cross - Broke 5 track records
'Minnies budgie' herself has already produced such great stayers as
'Minnies Penske' - who was one of the best stayers/marathon runners seen here
in the UK until she was sold for a massive five figure sum to go out to Dubai -
Rated 134 on G.data. 'Conkon' - winner of several opens at Nottingham over 730m
rated 124 on G.Data.
As the above shows this champion puppy has major open class
breeding. Only last week we tried to buy her litter sister. 'Enda Causeway' who
was running A3/A4 at Hall green with 12 races on her card before taking a
maiden open impressively. However we were quoted £14,0000 for her and we felt
it was just too much.
However this pup, who we belief is going to develop into major open
class with the pace she has already shown will not even cost 1/2 that price
such is our main mans negotiations skills. We acted fast to secure her and we
are delighted to have got her.
Once she gets more age and is allowed to develop we will step her up
in trip and over the 6 bends with any luck at all she will win numerous major
open staying races.
