Micks Ginger (pictured) took heat 3 of the Ladbrokes Christmas Festival 416 this afternoon in 24.64 and has drawn trap 1 in Fridays Final. He will be joined in the Final by Fatboyz Rocky who finished just a length behind him and again I'd have no complaints with trap 6 in the Final. Both will need to be on top form to beat Cuddles Corner who was the fastest winners today in 24.52. Sadly no luck in the 480 competition with Hollywood Idol and Rackethall Hero both being eliminated. Better news in the bitch competition as Fatboyz Gracie finished second behind the highly rated Droopys Quinta and has drawn the red box in the Final. It would be great to see Gracie come away and make the turn in front. On the graded scene Bethanys Boys clocked a rapid 28.60 to follow up last weeks win in the A4 by six lengths.
