Bridge broke well from the boxes boxes but needed to be brave when squeezed for room around the first two bends. Bridge had a real battle with Special Milli which stopped Bridge in the middle of race and allow Freedom Cache to pass on the outside. Bridge chased hard to the line but could only get within one length in 45.42. Next weeks Finals draw looks very interesting, a clean break from Bridge could make them all go. I'm very pleased for connections.
Goa Girl gave her all in the other Semi Final but was outstayed on the run to the line behind an impressive Pony Bride in 45.17.
