Leading Puppy stars clash at Romford

The quickest early paced pups in the country headed to Romford for the start of their ultra competitive Puppy Cup. Jim Reynolds's Ocars Goodbye put down the marker in Heat 1 when romped to a 24.22 success. Our own Express Rover looked ready for the step up in class and so it proved as he took Heat 5 by three lengths in 24.24. Shades of Daysa was unplaced in 4th place.

Joining Rover in Fridays second round is Kinloch Tiger who clinched second place in Heat 6 with a gutsy effort in 25.54.
