Bag of Winners

My confidence was right at Monmore last night as we recorded five winners in total including the first three. Droopys Malouda took the opening race, an A2, in 28.74. The drop to 416 metres cetainly seems to suit Bawna Elsa (pictured) who recorded another open race win in an impressive 25.05. Ten Dollars More looked like a good thing in the S2 after two open race wins and duly obiged in 38.46. Rackethall Hero ended his barren spell when taking a 480 open in 28.33. A bitch who is really going the right way quickly is Borna Jessica who took the A2 in 28.65.

Back at Monmore I'm hopeful of a couple of winners. Bawna Elsa, Bunas Ginger, Rackethall Hero, Pony Shiela, Ballymac Rumble and Highview Lace are all entered in open races.

Puppy Classic Target for Sale

I am pleased to be able to offer to our regular bloggers a genuine top class puppy called Mahogany Bolt. He is a September 2008, black dog, only 3 races 2 seconds and was very unlucky then produced a great 28.93 win round Clonmel. I'm confident he will make open class and should be ideal for the Nottingham Puppy Classic then will make into a top class stayer. He is £5,000, first genuine call will secure him.

Edgar takes Notts Final

Droopys Edgar (pictured) landed the Stadium Bookmakers Standard Trophy Final for us over 500 metres at Nottingham on Monday night beating Vigorous Willie by 2L in 30.23 . The £400 final was decided at the first bend when Edgar squeezed round unhindered whilst the odds-on Washington Final got tangled up in scrimmaging to let Edgar build up a strong lead that he could hold on to. Ballymac Ace didn't let a slow start hinder him as he two heat 2 of the Dual distance competition in 17.91 by 4 3/4 lengths and progresses to next weeks Final.
