Friday will see us travel across the City to Perry Barr where we have entered Rev Counter, Bawna Elsa and Vancouver Dylan. Also on Friday we will be taking Micks Ginger and Highview Rocket to Romford. Monmore's opens on Saturday will see Scotties Warrior and Townhill Widtink take their chance.

Furture Marathon Superstar

I have been offered a future marathon superstar who won over 750 yards at Cork by 8 lengths and is only 18 months old. Creamery Jenny, Jan 08 bitch, will stay all day, even longer that the mother in law ! Out of the great Creamery line which have thrown great open race stayers including Greyfox Chip, Creamery Euro, Mildean Clarky and many more. Please call me as soon as possible if interested.

An A1 Night

A great night for the kennel as we landed 4 winners including both A1 contests care of Mashed Potatoes (black bitch pictured) and Highview Rocket(fawn dog pictured). Mashed Potatoes kept her 100% record in the UK when romping to a 28.66 success. Highview Rocket denied Townhill Widtink in the second A1 when staying on well to win in 28.90. Scotties Warrior was very well supported when taking the A2 in 28.56. Punters didn't have any trouble in running as Scotties pinged away from traps to record a smooth success. Finally it was great for new recruit Sadie Blue to take the A8 on her debut in 29.35. This daughter of Westmead Hawk is well worth keeping on eye on at Monmore.

Meet the Pups

The first of our home bred litter of Crash pups went to Monmore for their first look at the track last Tuesday. All chased very hard and showed some super potential. Dadleys Wood 16.38, Dadleys Ave 16.33 and Dadleys Storm 16.91.

Old & New

I'm really trying to improve the quality of dogs with runners all over the country and also looking to strength our staff team by bringing in new staff. David Dixon had joined us after working for has worked for Charlie Lister and Barrie Draper and has been working for Seamus Graham in Ireland for the last year. He has come in to help us across the board with the graders at Monmore and also help us try to stay in that top 6 in the Trainers Championship, he wanted to join our kennel because he sees as being at the top of the game for many of years to come, lets hope he is right. Micheal Reekie (pictured) has also rejoined the kennel.

Sausage and mash

Mashed Potatoes followed up her impressive debut with another breathtaking display at Monmore last night when taking the nights A2 in 28.61. Quickly in to stride there was only going to be one winner and duly recorded a three length win.

Indigo strikes 6

The drive back from Sunderland on Thursday seemed longer than ever without a winner on the van. It was a story of near misses and trouble in running. Centaur Allstar and Rev Counter came closest to winning as both finished second. At Hove it was a different matter as both Droopys Jervis and Indigo King both flashed around the Sussex track to win their respective Opens. Indigo King made it 6 wins on the bounce when taking the opening heat in 29.63. Droopys Jervis recorded his first win away from Monmore as he scorched round in 29.39.

Building blocks

We had reached 4th in the Trainers Championship standings last Friday. It's great to have so many great dogs in the kennel. I can't thank my loyal owners enough. This week we will be looking to consolidate our position with a number of entries around the country. On Thursday we head to Hove with Indigo King and Droopys Jervis. Also on Thursday we have Officer Donagh, Centaur Allstar, Rev Counter and Sin City Slicker in action live on Sky at Sunderland. Finally Bawna Anna and Townhill Widtink in the 2nd round of the Produce Stakes at Swindon on Friday.

Monday double up

Galtee Seb (pictured) bounced back to form yesterday when taking the afternoons A4 in 28.96 (+20). It is hoped this win will do the world of good for the dogs confidence and he will continue to progress up the grades. Congratulations to the connections of Broad World that won her first race in the 28.83 (+20). Rackethall Hero was bumped out of the race at Nottingham last night ruining any chance he had.

Open Race Weekend

We just kept missing the target at Monmore on Saturday night which was frustrating. Our seconds included Highview Rocket and Turar Abit in the Open races. Up at Newcastle Droopys Tarzan was sadly eliminated from the William Hill Classic Semi Final. In the Produce Stakes at Swindon Townhill Widtink finished second & Bawna Anna, third, to qualify to qualify for next weeks second round. Indigo King was the star turn at Coventry on Sunday when recording his 5th win on the bounce in 29.43. King is only a September 2009 and is developing to one of the kennels star dogs.

10th win for Honda

Highview Honda made it back to back wins when taking this afternoons A3 in 28.91. This was his 10th career win from 48 starts who has been a pleasure to train for connections.

It's a mash up

Mashed Potatoes stunning debut got the tongues wagging at Monmore last night when putting in a breathtaking run when taking the A3 in 28.62. We also had a further 2 wins care of Cohen Silver (A3) 28.96 and Recondite (A2) 28.65.

Looking Ahead

It should be a slightly quieter week for us all. Other than the graded runners we will be making entries in the Produce Stakes at Swindon and in the Opens at Monmore on Saturday. A warm welcome to a nice young bitch called Mashed Potatoes who has joined us care of loyal owner Paul Scott.

It's easy as 1....2.....3

The Open Race Team bounced back to form last night with a tremendous treble. Indigo King made it four wins on the bounce when taking the Division B Open in 29.30 by 4 1/2 lengths. Highview Gold showed some real guts when taking the Maiden Open Division A in 29.60. Rackethall Hero sealed a memorable night for all when taking the Monday News Division A in 29.52.

100,000 Visits

This weekend will see website have it's 100,000th visit (excludes ! The sites popularity has really taken us back. When ever a couple of days pass without an update the phone goes without fail ! There is a regular readership of 3,000 different people per month catching up on all the news from the kennel. Any feedback on the site is most welcome, if you have any new ideas please speak to me or Paul.

Knockout performance by Champ

Champ of Aherlow (pictured) made up for an unlucky run last week when winning his first race in A5 grade for us in 28.87. Champ is still for sale, I am very keen he stays in the kennel. Bourne Walk made it a double when winning the A4 in 28.99.

Classic Bound

We are hoping for some big runs over the weekend as we have runners all over the country. Starting at Monmore we have Droopys Jervis, whilst Newcastle host the William Hill Classic and Grand Prix. It is great prizemoney so we have entered Centaur Allstar and Droopys Tarzan in the Classic and Turar Abit in the Grand Prix. On Sunday we head to Coventry with Officer Donagh, Indigo King, Highview Gold, Rackethall Hero and Bookem Danno.

Murman off to a flyer

Murrman followed his promising debut with his first win this evening when taking the A7 in 29.18. Running for new connections after being sold off the website this January 2008 pup ran on very strong to show why he went off at just 5/4 favourite.

Swindon Double

All our three runners ran well tonight at Swindon, it was great to come away with two winners. Bawna Anna won the Standard over 480 metres by 6 lengths in 28.95. Nats Jedi relished the step up to 509 metres as he won the July 509er' in 30.25. Townhill Widtink ran a storming race but could not quite catch Driving Up Pal who won in 30.11.

Sky is the Limit

Officer Donagh is fast becoming the standing dish on Sky nights. Last night he made it win 11 for 2009 when taking the William Hill Radio Stakes over 250 metres in 14.98.
