Jodee in control

Miss Jodee won on her debut on Thursday night. She is only a Feb 2016 baby out of new American sire and top class runner in Storm Control (pictured).
This fella looked the business on the track in the US:
1st 2014 Palm Beach $20,000 Bob Balfe Puppy Stakes Classic.
1st 2015 Palm Beach $50,000 He's My Man Classic.
1st 2015 Palm Beach $50,000 Rooney's Irish Stakes Inv.
2nd 2015 Daytona $35,000 BetAmerica550 National Championship.
Will be interesting to see how his career develops on this side of the pond.

2 before tea

A double at the Monmore today kicking off with Large Shilling. I reckon this 4L win in A3 is enough to leave that grade behind now, he really is at the top of his game right now and I would not be shocked if he went in again very soon.
Our second winner today came from Notorious Rhys, he always looked to be a winner lurking in A4 as he is a bit better than this, a dog blessed with solid early pace, he rode some trouble to snatch an important first bend lead to win by 3/4L.

Archie on target

I posted this pic up back in mid June of Moanteen Archie and gave him as a nice dog to follow.
He had a troubled debut run in A4 but the grader was clearly impressed as Archie was put up to A3 despite being beaten!
It made no difference on Monday as this handy son of Ballymac Eske proved way too classy when showing too much heel for the others to win by 2L, the time of 28.97 was only average but this dog is way above average I believe.

Mystic Chris

Quote from 2nd July
"On the same card Ryders Ellie showed she is still on the improv when despite a double upgrade for winning well in A6, she fairly ran away from the opposition to win by over 5L in 28.79...more still to come!"
Well we were right as she was stepped up in trip latest and had no trouble disposing of S3 class in 38.77, thats three wins from her last four...go Ellie!

Max's the man

Maxitout has to be one of if not THE most consistent dogs at Monmore!
His recent times of his races read 28.37, 28.45. 28.40, 28.47, 28.47, and last nights A1 win in 28.41.
It clearly shows this dog tries his heart out every single time he runs. A dream dog for any owner for sure

Improvers

Looks like Jaffer is back to his best after a solid effort in A2 on Saturday night. This wide running son of Sherrys Goldmine had too much EP for the opposition and ran out a comfortable 2L winner 28.53.
