Exciting Puppy Prospect Available
We have just secured first refusal on a seriously bred young baby who is doing fantastic schooling trials already at Clonmel track.
He is called Leave It To Me, only a December 2012 puppy- and we are in a great position to judge this pup as some of our Ballymac Ace litters like the Zafonic Oysters have been schooling there.
He is a big 35Kg fawn dog so he could be no where near at his best yet. He possesses serious breeding as his sire is one of the fastest greyhounds seen on a racetrack in years.
This pup is by - 'EL Grand Senor' - who won the Melbourne Cup - The Topgun and broke several track records in Australia - Just look him up on Greyhound data - His stud fee is over £3,000 - and he is extremely hard to acquire in Ireland or the UK to breed from.
This Pups dam - is 'Inshharla' - who was purchased for a large five figure sum - after she recorded - 28.30 at Limerick - she clocked 15.50 at Monmore and 29.30 at Coventry and reached numerous oaks finals in Ireland with such flying times of 28.50 Shelbourne - 28.89 Thurles - 28.69 at Youghal - she possessed serious top open class pace.
At the tender age of only 15 months - this 'baby' has had a couple of handslips, three sprints at Clonmel and one 525 yards - In his latest sprint he has clocked a 16.43 - showing excellent early with a 4.86 split.
In his only 525 yards - this young pup recorded a top class 29.38 - which for his first time is simply showing that he has huge potential.
His dam has already bred - 28.90 race winners Clonmel and a 28.70 winner Monmore who has gone A1 already and this pup is showing way more potential at his age.
All this pup can do is improve further - we are confident that with what he has done to date and with his age that he will win numerous top open class races - he will be aimed at the likes of the Romford Puppy cup which is £8,000 to the winner in October as well as the likes of the Gymcrack Puppy Cup.
Remember he is young enough to run in puppy opens until Next December - If he came out and won in Ireland at his age he would be making at a five figure sum -
However we are able to secure this pup at a bargain £5000 - Interested parties should telephone me straight away as he will be sold in the coming days.

Pups with Promise
I'm really looking forward to the 9 pups that qualified from todays trial session,
Some of these pups look really special and hopefully they can give the kennel
A boost after a run of bad luck.
Lets hope the racing office can grade these pups fairly and give them the confidence to progress.
Notts last night
Slippery Sooty got off the mark last night at Nottingham when taking his heat of the 480m Maiden Trophy and should have a favourites chance in the final.
Pleased to see Cluxtons Free run so well in the sprint, only beaten a length in third.

Sooty Starts
Startitup Sooty wins the A1 at Monmore this afternoon, off the back of a 3.29 sectional he was always going to be too much for the chasers in behind regardless of his big SP!.....Well done Sooty
Fantastic Young Puppy Direct from Ireland
We are still constantly being offered numerous talents that emerge from the Emerald Isle - As we are all aware breeding figures in Ireland have declined and as a result there is a shortage of top class young open race talent appearing on the race tracks.
When they do appear there seems to be a queue of buyers waiting to buy them and as a result young pups winning races are being snapped him at big prices quickly. Numerous young pups are changing hands for large five figure sums.
Down though the years we have had a lot of success buying emerging pups from tracks like Thurles as it is a very stiff gallop and is rated one of the slowest running tracks in Ireland.
We have bought such top open racers from Thurles as - 'Mashed Potatoes' who won in brilliant times at Monmore like 27.89 - and 28.11 - we also bought the likes of 'Pots & Pans' who won in Thurles in 29.28 - 'Five Alley Queen' - 29.35 Thurles - 28.25 Monmore - reached the final of the Caffereys Puppy Classic at Nottingham. winner of several top opens beating the likes of 'Jaytee lighting'
Other top open racers we bought from Thurles include the likes of 'Rackethall Hero' - Ladbrokes Gold Cup runner up - 29.80 Thurles - 28.11 Monmore - 29.25 Coventry.
So when we are offered young pups from Thurles - we take special close attention as we believe the times and form stand up very well - our motto is 'If you do time at Thurles - you will do it at any track in the country as it is a slow running track compared to the fast tracks in Ireland.
One young pup that we have been offered from Thurles is only an Oct 12 whelp - Ideal for all the puppy open comps. and she can be bought for a modest four figure sum. Her sire has already bred such classic dogs as 'Ballymac Vic' and Wimbledon Track record holder 'Razldazl Jayfkay'. Her dam was Major open class as well.
She has 4 entries 4 wins
Her card reads :
**1st in 19.44 330 yards Thurles**
**1st in 30.38 525 yards Thurles** (qualifying trials) these were her 1st and 2nd time in traps.
Despite very little schooling she produced a fantastic performance on her racing debut only two weeks ago.
Drawn 3 - she showed a lovely touch of early and was never headed as she won in a time of 29.71 - In her latest run this young pup really produced an exceptional display for one so young -
Drawn 2 - she once again demonstrated fantastic early and was in a different class to her opponents as she won by 8 lengths in a super time of 29.19.
**1st in 29.71 525 yards Thurles**
**1st in 29.19 525 yards Thurles**
**(Open class run for a puppy)**
Her latest run was top class from a puppy - Thurles track is rated at least .40 -.50 slower than the likes of Shelbourne, Limerick and Cork etc
That is why we like buying dogs from it.
This pup can only improve further from this and with her early pace coupled with her ability to stay 500metres with ease she will become a major open race queen with any luck at all.
She is ideal for all the major puppy competitions including the likes of the Puppy classic at Notts in August in which we had two finalists last year as well as all the major lady open competitions including the likes of The puppy oaks.
****Interested parties should phone me direct as she is extremely reasonably priced and will be sold quickly.****

House Keeping
Quick bit of housekeeping.
Corley Moor was very impressive last Friday, the penny finally dropped and he won his A10 by 7L...thats pups for you!
Last night at Monmore saw another good run for the prolific Ballymac Warrior, he led most of the way to comfortably secure an A2 win.
The A1 last night firmly belonged to Westview Kennels, our own Chevy Blazer and Corely Gary fought out a terrific finish with the honours falling to Blazer....just!
Best of luck tonight in the Arc at Swindon for Proud Pegs Tyler and Daddy Knowsbest, drawn together in heat 3.
6 runners on the graded also but we are on the up and up now.
